This site publishes consumer-safety information. The bar is accuracy, not speed.

• Attribution always. Every page links to the issuing authority’s record.
• No advice. We report what authorities published. Remedies come from the official notice. For medical products we say what we always say: ask a doctor or pharmacist.
• No alarmism. Headlines state the product and the fact of the recall. No clickbait, no exaggerated risk language beyond the authority’s own wording.
• Dated and maintained. Pages carry the alert date and the date we last verified the record against the source registry.
• Corrections are published. See our corrections page.
