W nawiązaniu do komunikatu z dnia 19.05.2025 r. Główny Inspektor Sanitarny został poinformowany o prowadzonym przez firmę EKO-NATURA s.c. wycofaniu kolejnych dwóch partii kwasu chlebowego oznakowanych jako bezglutenowe (GLUTEN FREE). Spożycie tych produktów przez osoby z alergią bądź nietolerancją na gluten może wywołać u nich wystąpienie reakcji alergicznej.
