W związku ze stwierdzeniem migracji pierwszorzędowych amin aromatycznych z łyżki kuchennej LAMART, serii INOX, wykrytej w trakcie kontroli urzędowej Państwowej Inspekcji Sanitarnej (ostrzeżenie z dnia 3.07.2025 r.), importer w Czechach podjął działania w celu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa konsumentów. W wyniku badań pozostałych narzędzi kuchennych z tej samej serii również stwierdzono migrację pierwszorzędowych amin aromatycznych z tych wyrobów do żywności. Importer podjął decyzję o wycofaniu z rynku i od konsumentów wszystkich określonych poniżej wyrobów do kontaktu z żywnością. Pierwszorzędowe aminy aromatyczne to substancje, które mogą stanowić zagrożenie dla zdrowia ludzkiego i nie powinny znajdować się w żywności.
