W wyniku działań urzędowych Państwowej Inspekcji Sanitarnej stwierdzono przekroczenie najwyższego dopuszczalnego poziomu pozostałości pestycydu - glufosynatu w określonej partii fasolki Adzuki. Na podstawie oceny ryzyka przeprowadzonej przez Narodowy Instytut Zdrowia Publicznego PZH – Państwowy Instytut Badawczy należy uznać, że spożycie produktu może wiązać się z zagrożeniem dla zdrowia ludzi.
