W wyniku kontroli urzędowej Państwowej Inspekcji Sanitarnej stwierdzono przekroczenie dopuszczalnego poziomu pochodnych dwutlenku siarki oraz niezastosowania elementów wyróżnienia (za pomocą czcionki, stylu lub koloru tła) na etykiecie produktu substancji alergennej – dwutlenku siarki. Zgodnie z oceną ryzyka przygotowaną przez ekspertów Narodowego Instytutu Zdrowia Publicznego PZH – Państwowego Instytutu Badawczego spożycie produktu o podanym numerze partii stwarza ryzyko dla zdrowia konsumentów. Spożycie produktu przez osoby z alergią na siarczyny może wywołać reakcję alergiczną.
