W wyniku postępowania wyjaśniającego Państwowej Inspekcji Sanitarnej ustalono, że z tej samej partii surowca, z której wyprodukowano mąkę żytnią razową typ 2000 (objętej ostrzeżeniem publicznym z dnia 06.11.2024 r. ), wyprodukowano także mąkę żytnią razową typ 720. Po ocenie materiału dowodowego w tej sprawie, producent Radix-Bis Sp. z o.o. postanowił wycofać także określoną poniżej partię mąki żytniej razowej typ 720, jako potencjalnie zanieczyszczonej ochratoksyną A. Ochratoksyna A jest toksyną wytwarzaną przez grzyby rodzaju Aspergillus i Penicillium, która ma szkodliwe działanie na zdrowie człowieka.
