Główny Inspektor Sanitarny został poinformowany przez Głównego Lekarza Weterynarii o skardze konsumenta dotyczącej obecności fragmentów szkła w produkcie pn. Jogurt z mascarpone malina-żurawina, Łowicz, 130 g. W trakcie postępowania wyjaśniającego stwierdzono, że doszło do uszkodzenia elementu linii produkcyjnej co mogło być przyczyną obecności fragmentów szkła w produkcie. W tym samym czasie produkcji podlegał mix czterech smaków, tj. malina-żurawina, gruszka-karmel, mango-marakuja, jagoda-poziomka-borówka, w równej proporcji. Wszystkie smaki posiadają ten sam numer partii, tj. 07.06.25/471. Konsumenci są narażeni na uszkodzenia jamy ustnej podczas spożycia produktu.
