W wyniku kontroli urzędowej Państwowej Inspekcji Sanitarnej stwierdzono przekroczenie najwyższego dopuszczalnego poziomu pestycydu – chlorpiryfosu w fasoli określonej poniżej. Zgodnie z oceną ryzyka ekspertów Narodowego Instytutu Zdrowia Publicznego PZH – Państwowego Instytutu Badawczego każdy poziom przekraczający obowiązującą wartość NDP może potencjalnie stwarzać zagrożenie dla zdrowia konsumentów.
