W wyniku kontroli urzędowej Państwowej Inspekcji Sanitarnej wykryto Salmonella spp. w 1 z 5 próbek wskazanego poniżej produktu. Zgodnie z oceną ryzyka ekspertów Narodowego Instytutu Zdrowia Publicznego PZH – Państwowego Instytutu Badawczego produkt o podanym numerze partii może stanowić zagrożenie dla zdrowia konsumentów, szczególnie gdy bakterie Salmonella zostaną przeniesione na inne powierzchnie (np. rąk) w wyniku kontaktu z produktem. Jeżeli napar był przygotowany zgodnie z instrukcją umieszczoną na opakowaniu, ryzyko narażenia konsumenta na żywe bakterie Salmonella spp. w gotowym naparze jest istotnie ograniczone.
