Główny Inspektor Sanitarny został poinformowany poprzez System Wczesnego Ostrzegania o Niebezpiecznej Żywności i Paszach (RASFF) o stwierdzeniu przekroczenia najwyższych dopuszczalnych poziomów pozostałości 15 pestycydów w partii marynowanych liści winogronowych. Biorąc pod uwagę wykrytą w produkcie obecność pestycydów należy uznać produkt za szkodliwy dla zdrowia ludzi.
