Główny Inspektorat Sanitarny został poinformowany o skardze konsumenta na obecność fragmentu plastiku w produkcie pn. Zajączek z polewy o smaku kakaowo-mlecznej. W wyniku postępowania wyjaśniającego przeprowadzonego przez Państwowego Powiatowego Inspektora Sanitarnego w Elblągu we współpracy z producentem tego wyrobu potwierdzono uszkodzenie plastikowej formy używanej do nadawania kształtu produktu.
