What the authority reported

The recalled high chairs pose a deadly entrapment hazard because the opening between the seat and tray is large enough that a child can become entrapped in it. In addition, the child restraint system can fail, posing a fall hazard. As of June 9, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada and the United States. For more information on Health Canada's assessment of high chairs in Canada, see Notice of danger to human health or safety and risk mitigation for high chairs , and Information on Health Canada's approach to the General Prohibitions under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act .

What to do

Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
