What the authority reported
An unintended mislabeling occurred as a result of converting sterile-labeled product (-s) to non-sterile inventory through a planned deviation. As a result, parts laser marked as sterile were introduced into inventory and subsequently distributed as non-sterile parts. Recall Start Date: April 21, 2025
What to do
Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
