What the authority reported
The reason for the recall is due to incorrect information on the "AirLife brand, 2025 edition, and 36-23446 rev 2 print version" of the Broselow Rainbow Tape. Users should immediately stop use of the impacted product. All product on hand should be identified, placed in quarantined, and then destroyed. Recall start date: May 15, 2025
