This recall pertains to 33 CONTOUR® NEXT GEN Blood Glucose Monitoring Systems (glucose meters) identified as displaying blood glucose readings in incorrect units of measure (i.e. mg/dl instead of mmol/l), which may result in misinterpretation of glucose levels. The affected devices were distributed between 2025-02-25 to 2025-04-21. Recall start date: June 23, 2025
