What the authority reported

Under certain conditions - such as the simultaneous use of the operating table with other medical devices that may cause interference, including High-Frequency (HF) surgical equipment - we have identified a potential issue that could prevent the device from performing as intended. If the issue occurs, the Corin operating table does not respond to any command. It is impossible to actuate any movement of the Corin operating table, neither with the universal remote control nor the override panel. We are not aware of instances where a patient was injured due to the described issue. Recall start date: July 18, 2025

What to do

Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
