What the authority reported
On a small number of motorhomes, the compartment below the house entry steps may not have been sealed correctly. As a result, water could leak into the storage area and could cause certain electrical circuits not to work, including the carbon monoxide/liquid propane detector. If this happens, users would not be alerted if there was a carbon monoxide buildup inside the motorhome.
What to do
Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
