What the authority reported
On certain vehicles, the connector for the blower motor may have been damaged. As a result, the connector could fail and could cause the windshield defrost system not to work properly. This could cause the vehicles not to meet the requirements of Canadian regulations. Note: This recall affects both the Grand Cherokee and Grand Cherokee L models.
