What the authority reported
An issue has been identified where under certain circumstances existing radiology reports may not be fully displayed when viewing in a RAD report window. The issue occurs when the report text is larger than the RAD report window and there are no scroll bars to indicate the report text extends beyond the rad report window. Recall start date: August 13, 2025
