What the authority reported
Issue: On certain child car seats, the height range wasn't translated correctly in the French instruction manual. Canadian regulations require the information in the instruction manual to be in both English and French. Safety Risk: This small error does not affect safety. Corrective Action: This is not a recall. Owners can continue to use their seat. Nuna will make changes to update all future owner manuals to correct the translation error.
What to do
Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
