What the authority reported

As of November 18, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 22 reports of frame fractures and 3 reports of frame tube separation, one of which resulted in a minor injury after falling from the bike.

What to do

Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
