What the authority reported
On certain vehicles, one or more bolts that secure electrical connections in the high voltage battery may be missing a washer. As a result, the bus bar could loosen and cause electrical arcing (sparks) and/or a loss of power to the wheels. Note: This recall also affects certain incomplete vehicles.
