What the authority reported

When the steam cleaner's boiler is overfilled, extensively corroded, and the pressure release valve (boiler cap) also malfunctions, the boiler can rupture, posing a risk of serious injury or burn to the user or bystanders. As of January 20, 2026, the company has received 15 reports of boiler ruptures, including four reports of minor burns, bruises, lacerations, and a broken wrist, and at least seven reports of minor property damage. Three of these reports originated in Canada and 12 originated in the United States.

What to do

Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
