What the authority reported

Certain U.S. certified infant/child seats, including travel systems were incorrectly shipped to Canada. Canadian regulations differ from the U.S., as the information in the instructions and labels must be listed in both English and French. As a result, the seats may not meet all of the Canadian requirements. Note: For the Pivot Xpand travel system with the LiteMax infant/child seat, only certain "Ayrshire Black" colour models are affected. For the Omni Ultra travel system with the Revolve180 LiteMax NXT infant/child seat, only certain "Pacific Green" colour models are affected. For the Revolve360 Extend child seat, only certain "Quartz" colour models are affected.

What to do

Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
