What the authority reported
A misplaced seal may cause leakage internally in the ºM Warmer device. This can lead to a shortcut of the electronics which may result in overheating. When the device and leaking fluids overheat, it has the potential for reaching temperatures that can cause burns (skin, nerve, Superficial Venous Thrombosis (SVT)) due to exposure to overheated device or fluid.
