What the authority reported
Stryker Endoscopy has received an increase in complaints for 1788 out of box failures due to bent connection pins. The bent pin may also damage the mating connector in the CCU. Stryker has investigated and identified a service repair issue which contributed to the bent pins noted with these devices.
