En un número limitado de vehículos, el componente travesaño trasero no se fabricó en cumplimiento de las especificaciones (dureza acero). Debido a la dureza insuficiente del acero, pueden aparecer grietas en el elemento transversal del eje trasero. Esto afecta el manejo del vehículo, aumentando el riesgo de un accidente.
