Debido a una falla de software, la Unidad de control electrónico (ECU) se puede restablecer cuando el vehículo cambia a conducción eléctrica. Esto borrará los códigos de falla del vehículo almacenados y apagará la luz de verificación del motor si está activada. La luz de verificación del motor puede apagarse y los códigos de falla almacenados pueden borrarse, sin que el conductor se percate del fallo presentado en el vehículo.
