Se detectó que, debido a una falla de programación del software en el sistema de gestión de la pantalla central de los vehículos involucrados, este, puede ingresar a diferentes modos de prueba, mostrando pantallas rojas, azules, verdes o multicolores, no mostrando más información relacionada con velocidad y autonomía, lo que puede resultar en una reducción de la seguridad en la conducción del vehículo. Si ocurre el problema, el conductor no recibirá un mensaje de falla; sin embargo, podrá identificar que no es posible ver la información del vehículo. Puede existir el riesgo de que el conductor no pueda identificar la velocidad y la autonomía del vehículo, lo que puede reducir la seguridad en la conducción.
