What the authority reported

o Because the adapter may not correctly engage and lock with the Aer2 stroller chassis, the adapter can separate from the stroller during use, causing the car seat to tilt forward and fall to the floor. o However, the Aer2 stroller itself is not affected and can continue to be used safely without this adapter set. o The Aer2 car seat adapter may not correctly engage and lock with the spring-loaded pins on the Aer2 stroller chassis. o In such cases, the car seat may detach and fall to the floor. To date, there have been 28 unconfirmed reports of car seat detachment cases, and injuries were reported in 2 of these cases. o However, there have been no accident reports to date in the Republic of Korea.
