- Formaldehyde exceeded the standard limit by 2.8 times. - Part: ③ Border fabric (light green). - Measured value: ③ 215 mg/kg. - Standard limit: 75 mg/kg or less. - Non‑compliant cords and drawstrings. - Part: ① Decorative cord (fringe) (hood), ② Drawstring (hood). - Measured finding: ① Use of decorative cord on the hood area. ② Use of three‑dimensional decorative elements on the free ends of the drawstring. / The drawstring is not bar‑tacked (bar tacking). / Drawstring usage in the head, neck, and upper chest area. - Standard requirement: ① Decorative cords shall not be used on any part of the hood or the back of the neck. ② There shall be no three‑dimensional decorative elements or knots on the free ends of drawstrings. / Where drawstrings are used, at least one bar tack shall be applied at a point equidistant from the exit openings so that the drawstring is attached to the garment. / For young children’s clothing (aged 3 years and above but under 7 years), cords or functional drawstrings shall not be designed, manufactured, or supplied in the head, neck, or upper chest areas. - Incomplete labeling. - Omission of the information on age of use. - Exposure to formaldehyde may cause visual impairment, skin disorders, and disorders of the digestive and respiratory systems. - Cords and drawstrings may cause accidents due to entrapment, entanglement, etc. - There is a concern about provision of incorrect information.
