- Total lead content exceeded the standard limit by 30 times. - Part: Paint/similar coating–main body print MIX. - Measured value: 2,700 mg/kg. - Standard limit: 90 mg/kg or less. - Tip rib end strength non-compliant. - Part: Product. - Measured value: Non-compliant (minimum diameter of tip rib: 1.48 mm). - Standard requirement: The end of the tip rib shall not detach from the rib. - If the end of the tip rib detaches from the rib, the end of the rib shall not have sharp edges or sharp points. - In addition, the tip rib shall have a minimum diameter of at least 2 mm. - Inadequate labeling. - Omission of model name, date of manufacture, name of manufacturer, name of importer, address and telephone number, age of use, and precautions for use. - Exposure to lead may cause dermatitis, keratitis, and central nervous system disorders. - Detached or broken rings or handles may pose a risk of choking or cause injury. - There is a concern of providing incorrect information.
