What the authority reported

ㅇ For products with specific production date codes (Date Code: W2615, W2616, W2617, W2618), it has been observed that non-compliant (non-standard) internal components may have been used. ㅇ As a result, the operation of the bimetal may be impaired, causing the trip mechanism to become stuck, and consequently, in the event of overload, the thermal trip may fail to operate properly, creating a risk of product overheating. ㅇ After identifying this potential issue and conducting a thorough risk assessment in accordance with an established methodology, it was concluded that the possibility of property damage or personal injury under the above conditions cannot be completely ruled out.
