- Total buoyancy supplied is inadequate. - Measured values: (1) Initial buoyancy: 83.6 N, (2) Buoyancy after 24 hours: 82.8 N. - Standard limit: 100 N or more (minimum buoyancy value). - Inadequate labelling. - Missing or incomplete items on the label: label size of at least 150 mm x 100 mm, intended use, name of importer, simple instructions for wearing and fastening, period of use and expiry date (for inflatable types), handling, storage, and washing instructions, weight capacity and minimum buoyancy, precautions for use, and user instructions. - If the total buoyancy supplied is insufficient, there is a risk of drowning accidents. - There is a concern about providing incorrect information.
