What the authority reported
Poor tightening of bolts and nuts that connect to the front suspension arm and the ball joint can result in a loss of wheel support. The risk could lead to injuries as the user may lose control of the machine if a wheel detaches from it. The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
What to do
Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
