What the authority reported
Due to a manufacturing deviation, some handlebars were produced with insufficient wall thickness, resulting in reduced structural strength. Under normal riding conditions, the handlebar may crack or fracture. The handlebar failure may lead to a sudden loss of control which can then result in falls, collisions and injuries. The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
