What the authority reported
The product presents a risk of injuries as it has been identified that a plastic component at the back of the helmet that holds the chinstrap can break. If this occurs, the helmet may not remain securely in place during an impact or fall, compromising the safety of the user. The affected products do not meet the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on Personal Protective Equipment or the Personal Protective Equipment (Enforcement) Regulations 2018.
What to do
Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
