What the authority reported
The product presents a serious risk of injuries because it contains accessible magnets with a magnetic flux index that exceeds the acceptable level. Small, high-powered magnetic products can easily be swallowed and, when ingested, have the potential to cause serious internal injuries within the gastrointestinal tract. The product also requires improvement to marking, labelling and documentation. The product does not meet the regulations of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
What to do
Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
