What the authority reported
This product is not designed to work with the UK’s mains electricity supply of 230v. The product is only rated to 120v (for the US market) and is not supplied with a BS1363 compliant plug. It is possible for the plug to overheat and ignite. The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
