What the authority reported

The product presents a serious risk of choking as small parts from the product may detach during reasonably foreseeable use, creating small parts. These small parts pose a choking hazard to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths. The product also presents a risk of strangulation, as the cords exceed the maximum permissible length, and a child could become entangled in them, leading to strangulation. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
