What the authority reported
The product presents a serious risk of suffocation because it is possible for the product to roll away from the adult’s bed when in use, creating a gap that is wide enough for an infant to become trapped. If the sleeping infant rolls into this gap and is trapped, their airway may be restricted, leading to suffocation. The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
What to do
Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
