What the authority reported
The product presents a serious risk of choking as all the attached components (the eyes, the nose and the key chain) detached at force less than the required specified minimum of 90 Newtons. All the detached components fitted wholly inside the small parts cylinder and therefore pose a potential choking hazard to a child under 36 months. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
What to do
Follow the instructions in the official notice — recall remedies (refund, repair, replacement, or disposal) are defined by the issuing authority and the responsible business, and they differ per recall. Do not rely on summaries, including this one.
