What the authority reported
The product presents a risk of fire as it is possible for the O-rings to wear prematurely, causing a gas leak from the lid shut off valve. If the gas leaks and is ignited, this may cause a fire, burns and injuries. The product does not meet the requirements of the Gas Appliances (Enforcement) and Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 2018 or Regulation 2016/246.
