What the authority reported

The toy contains small parts (of the pistol) that can easily detach. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke. Moreover, the presence of suction-cup tips on the projectiles can obstruct the respiratory tract of a small child and cause choking. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
