What the authority reported
The product is not protected against moisture, despite being recommended for outdoor use. Consequently, water could penetrate the product and cause an electric shock. Moreover, the protection against water ingress of the sample is insufficient, raising the risk of fire. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 60598-2-20.
