What the authority reported

At extremely high speeds a separation within the crown area of the tyre is possible. The tyre tread could deform with a local increase of diameter and could create interference with the car. This condition could cause a loss of vehicle control and increase the risk of injury. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
