What the authority reported
The product is not adequately earthed. As a result, accessible metal parts of the lamp which may become live in case of insulation damage are not permanently and reliably connected to an earthing terminal or earthing contact. The user may touch live parts and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 60598-1.
