What the authority reported
The product has small parts (eyes) that may easily detach. Small children may put them in the mouth and choke. Moreover, the flexible plastic bag containing the product is too thin. If a child places the bag over its head, it could obstruct breathing and cause suffocation. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive.
