What the authority reported

The screw connection of the upper joint bearing on the rear shock absorber’s piston rod may become detached. This could cause the spring strut to lose its upper support, resulting in failure of the suspension and damping on the affected rear wheel. The wheel may then strike the bodywork and vehicle handling may deteriorate significantly, increasing the risk of an accident and injury. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles.
