Further, the fireworks may burst or release burning material outside the safety distance of 8 m or below a height of 3 m, which may result in the user being hit by the pyrotechnical effects and matter from the product. This can lead to injuries, burns and fire. Moreover, the article has a too long fuse delay. This may cause the user to walk to the article too early with the danger that fireworks could hit the user, causing injuries and/or burns. In addition, the article does not extinguish after functioning within 120 seconds, which may cause fire to surrounding objects.
